Saturday 3 May 2025--The weather is fairly dismal this morning, so I sleep in a while. Get out later and take a drive around the island, which doesn't take very long. It's very flat—in fact, a lot of the agricultural lots are reclaimed land.

The marina at Scudder, the village at the north of the island. There's a Co-op here, the only grocery on Pelee, but it has limited stock and keeps very short hours. I imagine island residents order most of their groceries from the mainland.
